"The reality of the other person lies not in what he reveals to you, but what he cannot reveal to you. Therefore, if you would understand him, listen not to what he says, but rather to what he does not say." --Kahlil Gibran

Back from the Beyond

I went home to visit my family last weekend as it was my father's 70 and my sisters 40 birthdays. Before I got to surprise them at a family dinner (neither of them knew I was coming), I spent some time with my girl, Sara. To my surprise, Sara had come photos for me from my wedding.

And...I was really excited with this one because my photographer at the wedding didn't take many pictures of me. There are some others that are posted on my myspace page, but this one...this one was taken after the ceremony I don't think I was posing. This one is genuine.

I look happy.

I am happy.

Especially since Lloyd Carr announced his retirement. Whoo-hoo. I've got my money on Michigan next year.
