Wii?

What the heck...so I decided over the weekend to take the plunge and buy a Wii. I think I was looking for a Cabbage Patch Kid in the 80s or more recently a Tickle Me Elmo.

What the heck.

I don't want to become one of those people who knows when a store is getting a shipment and then stand in line waiting to trample others for a Wii. Okay...that trampling others doesn't sound so bad--especially some of the people I see while out shopping.

Maybe we are not meant to be Wii owners.

Screw standing in line. Just call a couple of Targets on a Sunday morning and ask if they've got any. Or, you can look at the Sunday ads in the paper. If they aren't in the ads, then they aren't in stock.

Or do like Nick and just tell all your friends that if they see one to buy it and you can pay 'em back.

Or you can go to wiitracker.com and they can email you when there is an order of them. We got ours through a "family pack" through gamestop.com. It was really the best deal, and it was mailed to us once we were next on the waiting list. No dealing with the public whatsoever. Just the way I like it!
